The hotel is close to the bustle of the pedestrian area Grote Markt, and the food market at Vismarkt, and is home to the fourth tallest church tower in the Netherlands. The hotel’s contemporary cuisine is French and varies seasonally. The gourmet restaurant, Bistro 't Gerecht, serves elegant salads, fresh fish, fresh lobster from our lobster tank and steak and chips; just some examples from the menu. It is possible to order most dishes in small portion sizes. On warm days food is served in the hotel's garden; a city garden where breakfast is served on summer days. At breakfast, sample homemade rolls with your eggs, cooked to order. Breakfast is served from 07.00 – 11.00. Dinner is served from 18.00- 22.00.
