The property will contact all guests directly to arrange key collection once the reservation has been confirmed (an exact apartment address will also be provided). A contact telephone number will also be provided, which all guests should call one hour prior to arrival. Check-in opens at 15.00. Those wishing to check-in or -out between 22.00 and 08.00 must pay an extra surcharge of EUR 30 (payment in cash in the apartment). A breakage deposit of between EUR 150-500 (dependent on the size of the apartment) is required at check-in. This will be returned at check-out once the condition of the apartment has been checked. Pets and private parties are not permitted in the apartment. Bed linen and towels are included, as well as an iron and ironing board.
