Karoliny Svetle No. 4 is the unique neo-renaissance building and its history goes back to the 1860, the date when the construction of Prague National Theatre in the close proximity commenced. The latest reconstruction punctually preserves its original layout and interior design with intention to provide a modern style and comfortable apartments with all up-to-date standards. Nowadays the building is charming everyone with its colourful facade ornamentation and the beautiful entrance hall, an architectural piece of art itself.
