The Hostelboat 'Eastern Comfort' is moored directly on the river Spree, between the lively districts of Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain in the heart of Berlin. We offer 3 categories - one for every favour. The boat is opened all the year round and equipped with central heating. Our friendly crew answer your questions. Deck area is accessible for everybody. On the upper deck beverages and snacks are served, while music creates a sociable atmosphere. In summer time we provide deck chairs, in winter time a fireside and every time the best view you get in Berlin.

The “Eastern Comfort” hostel is on a boat which is moored between two very lively districts near the city centre. Through the portholes of the 2nd class single, triple or quadruple, but mostly double cabins, you can see and hear the ripples of the river Spree. All cabins have their own toilet and shower. For those of you who enjoy special comfort, the hostel offers 1st class single and double cabins. Every cabin is equipped with a central heating system for the colder months of the year. There is no curfew. You can access the hostel 24 hours a day via a door code. The reception is open from 08:00 until 24:00. Check-in is possible from 16:00 until 24:00 (guests arriving earlier can have their luggage safely stored). Check-out ends at 11:00. The ship is moored in the eastern part of the city, right on the border between the vibrant districts of Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain. It is docked directly beside the last remaining piece of the Wall which divided Berlin until 1989, next to one of the most striking old bridges crossing the river Spree. You can chill out with a tasty German beer, a drink or a light snack in the lounge or on the spacious sun deck. The hostel also offers traditional German food.

Viktig informasjon

You may bring your bed linen with you or hire it from us for small fee. A breakfast buffet is also available for a modest fee. For security reasons, children under the age of 6, non-swimmers and pets are not allowed on board.
